HOW TO MAKE A CENDOL ?

Ingredients :
1. Rice flour
2. Corn flour
3. Pandan flavour (the flavour is made by using fresh Pandan Serani leaves, sliced up and ground before adding some cold water)

PROCESS
  • ·         Make a flour mixture of rice flour and corn flour
  • ·         Pandan flavour is added into the mixture.

NOTES : Make sure the pot is at a suitable temperature to avoid the mixture getting burned

NOTES : If the pan is properly heated up, you can see the mixture’s sits well and cooks evenly.

IMPORTANT ! Make sure there are no bubbles or air inside the mixture. This is to avoid air getting into the jelly which makes the Cendol appear dewy

  •  We’re using a machine to mixture all the ingredients as shown in the picture
  •  The mixture process in the pot is take about 2 hours
  • The next process is to create the Cendol and cut them into lots of tiny pieces
  •  After that we took a large basin that filled with cold water and a large pot which had holes at the bottom and placed it above the large basin
  •   Putting all the mixtures and pressed it down really hard so that everything goes through the holes and nothing gets wasted
  •  Once everything is done, the pandan jelly is cooled in cold water.
  •   It’s now looks like what you see in the picture!

·         Now the cendol is ready to be packed into packaging and we will supplied it to cendol dealer
